She’s Not Just Elevating Individuals

She's Designing The

Systems Behind Them

Leah’s mission goes far beyond the stage - she equips people with the tools to lead their lives — no matter where they start or what life throws at them.

"You can’t grow into your potential while holding onto a version of yourself built for survival.
I show people how to let go, trust themselves, and start again, this time on purpose."
- Leah Coss

Your Identity Has Never Been Fixed. And That’s Your Power.

When I was young, I built an identity I was proud of — and I didn’t even know it. I was a kid selling things at flea markets, making money with my own hands, talking to strangers like they were future customers or friends. I rode buses across cities with confidence. I believed I could take care of myself, and in some small way, I felt like I could take over the world.

That version of me — independent, resourceful, capable — became my foundation.
It shaped how I saw myself. And when life went sideways, I could feel it.

When I started making destructive choices as a teen — leaving home, using and selling drugs, stealing, spiraling — there was this strange discomfort underneath it all. Not guilt. Not fear. But something deeper.
A sense that this wasn’t me. That I had stepped outside the identity I had once built — and I didn’t belong here.
That early identity had quietly become my compass. And though I didn’t understand it at the time, it was the thing that eventually pulled me back.

But identity isn’t just what rescues you when you’re lost — it can also limit you when you’re trying to grow.

As an adult, my identity was different. I was successful on paper. Confident in public. Driven. Strategic.
But underneath? I was stuck. I believed I was capable — I even knew how to be successful — but somehow, I couldn’t live it.

The procrastination was relentless. The follow-through wasn’t there. The self-sabotage was subtle but constant.
And worst of all, I didn’t feel like I deserved anything unless it came through exhaustion, anxiety, and proof I had “earned” it through struggle.

That was the identity I had grown into — one built on survival, stress, and the illusion of “one day.”
It didn’t matter what tools or strategies I had.

My actions couldn’t outpace the limits of who I believed I was.

That’s when everything shifted.
Not because I worked harder. But because I started reconstructing my identity — on purpose.
That shift became my obsession.
And over time, it became my life’s work.

Through my charity, Build a Biz Kids, I now help children build strong, self-led identities early — so they don’t have to unlearn the same stories we did. Through speaking and coaching, I help adults let go of the versions of themselves that no longer fit, and start showing up as someone they actually admire.

Whether you’re drawn to this work through science, the law of attraction, or personal development — identity is the thread that connects them all.

And the truth is, it’s not your fault if you haven’t become who you want to be yet.
But you can.
You can start again, not as someone new — but as someone you choose.
That’s what I did.
And I’ve never felt more like myself.

What Can a Shift In Your Identity Transform?

Quite literally…. Everything

Success/Career/Wealth

Yes, you do deserve success, wealth, and a career that lights you up. There’s nothing wrong with you — and you’re not missing some secret ingredient. You have everything it takes to build the life you imagine. All that’s been missing is alignment between what you want and who you believe you are.

Shifting your identity means becoming the person who leads, earns, creates, and seizes opportunities — not someday, but now.

Health/Physicality

Yes, you deserve to feel strong, energized, and at home in your body. You’re not lazy or broken — your body is not the enemy. The power to heal, strengthen, and thrive is already in you.

Shifting your identity means showing up as someone who moves with intention, makes aligned choices, and can already see and feel their healthy physical body — because only once you can feel well, can you can be well.

Relationships/Love

Yes, you deserve love that feels safe, honest, and mutual. You don’t need to earn it, prove yourself, or shrink to keep it. You also don't need to receive love from someone else, to be and feel loved.

Shifting your identity means becoming someone who speaks clearly, holds boundaries with ease, and attracts relationships that reflect your self-worth, not your fear.
